Applications invited for Regional Director Role for exclusive territory. "Must buy" products of high value that produce huge returns for both Director and Clients.

Target market is approximately one third of the whole economy of NZ. You will have the benefit of our proven track record over 15 years.

Consultants and Sales Managers will have perception skills to be able to assess client needs and then help clients accept proposals. Nearly all proposals will be driven by cost benefit and a typical proposal will cost $4000 to $10,000 with a cost benefit of between $20,000 and $50,000 per annum.

 

 

 

A typical proposal is likely to include -

 

QUALITY ASSURANCE system and training
STAFF PERFORMANCE system and training
OSH PROTECTION ASSURANCE system and training

 

 


Consultant hourly rates $20 to $60 depending on experience and qualifications.

 

Very good communication and relationship building is important. You must be able to handle rejections and bounce back. Those with tutorial skills will be offered training work.

 

Track record of success in sales is essential for the Sales role/s.

9. Ability to take rejections from people who do not understand systems and who wish to continue breaking the law

Manager Regional Distributors

 

Applications invited from Managers able to train and coordinate regional distributors for quality assurance systems, accreditation and certification relating to compliance laws and recent legislation.

 

The expected commitment in time and travel will be up to $25,000 over 12 months. This sum will be matched by us for support expenditure. The benefits should be up to $200,000 p.a.


Only genuine persons should respond. They should be able to provide proof of management skills, training abilities and direct selling. We provide group training and admin assistance to meet agreed KPIs.

Part time or casual. Hourly work on a project basis with rates of between $25 and $50 depending on qualifications, skills and experience.


Registered Nurse to join our team to provide specialist roles for our company. Join a well known established team of professionals.


The successful candidate will work about 15 or more hours per week and will have a keen desire to contribute to injury prevention and rehabilitation initiatives.

Evaluation of education, skills, experience
Analysis of rehabilitation options
On site education and training
Injury management and rehabilitation
Site audits of safety and quality systems

Safety Coordinator

 

Health and Safety Co-ordinator. About 10% of workers need to obtain qualifications in Occupational Safety. We help with work experience and the gaining of a National Certificate.


Health & Safety COORDINATOR Some work experience plus paid work may be offered for person wishing to become qualified in Occ Safety. Negotiable hours, fees and conditions.


Up to 10% of workers will need to get formal safety qualifications. We can help you complete a National Certificate. Subsidy available through NZITO.


Thousands of positions will become available in companies around NZ. In Australia there are many thousands of workplace health and safety officers (WHOSOs).


Those with National Certificates can also become Consultants and earn between $20 and $60 per hour.


Courses will be held at 21 Hands Rd Christchurch one Saturday per month for 8-12 months.
